Ryan is a native to the Carolinas and lived in both states growing up. He received his Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies/Languages and Masters Degree in Theological Studies from Columbia International University. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate from Trinity in Ambridge, PA.
He has a passion to see people grasp and be grasped by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ through His glorious gospel. Ryan has worked in North Africa and India.
He married his best friend, Anna, in 2011, and they have two children, a daughter named Cecily and a son named Jonah. Ryan is currently an Anglican priest serving at St. Philip's Church in downtown Charleston, SC. Ryan really enjoys reading, hunting, fishing, the mountains and being outdoors.
Chris spent his early childhood years in Idaho and moved to South Carolina during his junior high years. He received his Bachelors Degree in Intercultural Studies and Bible Studies from Columbia International University and his Masters in Biblical Studies from Gordon Conwell Seminary in Charlotte, NC. Having finished his schooling, he now spends spare time practicing and studying Greek and Hebrew more in depth.
In 2010, after his very first trip to India, Chris met a fellow Bible college student Karis, and they were married in 2012. Since then, they have had three children, Eliana, Makrina and Roland, lost one child, Addison, in a miscarriage, and just recently have had their first baby boy, little Roland. They live in York, South Carolina, in a small home they call The Nook in the woods, and are members of a local Reformed Baptist church.
Chris is the Student Life Director at a local classical university model Christian school where he teaches history, sociology, and Bible. He especially enjoys reading, writing fantasy stories and Bible commentaries, rough housing and story telling with his girls, and playing board games with his wife Karis.
